By accessing or using Reelhouse (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. The service
Reelhouse is a video browsing, search, and playback website. Videos published on Reelhouse are added by our administrators, organized into categories and tags that administrators manage. This is not currently an open platform where members of the public can upload their own videos or create accounts — the browsing, search, and reporting features described in these terms are available to all visitors without registration.
4. Content ownership and licensing
Reelhouse publishes video content only where we have determined the applicable license or rights grant permits us to host and redistribute that content on this platform, including commercially. Reelhouse does not claim to own, and did not produce, the videos published on this platform, except where a video is explicitly identified as our own original production. All videos remain the property of their respective copyright owners and/or rights holders, who retain all rights not expressly licensed to us.

5. Acceptable use
When using Reelhouse, you agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, including the admin panel, other users' data, or our infrastructure;
- submit false, harassing, or bad-faith reports, DMCA notices, or contact messages;
- scrape, bulk-download, or systematically harvest content from the Service other than through normal browsing and playback, without our prior written permission;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by circumventing rate limits, uploading malicious files, or attempting to overload our systems; or
- use the Service to distribute, request, or facilitate access to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any other illegal content — see our Content Removal / Illegal Content Report page for how to report this immediately.
6. Reports and copyright complaints
We provide a Content Removal / Illegal Content Report form for reporting illegal or otherwise objectionable content, and a separate DMCA / Copyright Policy and notice process for copyright complaints. We review reports and DMCA notices and take action at our discretion, consistent with the processes described on those pages.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any video, description, or category on the Service.
8. Limitation of liability
